CCL sessions can be done in person, online with an instructor, or through a self-paced online class. The fee includes an app to help track your observations (cervical mucus and temperature), a thermometer and a certificate of completion.

Fertility Care TM sessions are offered in person or via distance learning. The method is in connection with Pope Paul VI in Omaha. By tracking cervical mucus, couples can identify and work with doctors to treat underlying health issues (endometriosis, PCOS, irregular cycles, infertility, etc.).
